Steved is right.
But 면(面) has its meaning of someone's face, too.
It's from chinese character and used with another words, 상(上) or 목(目)... etc.
- To hit someone's face.
Well, let me see your face at once.
- I am ashamed of my mistake.
- I lost face as an elder person.
- You should have some sense of honor.
As you see,
면(面) has little bit antique nuance.
We are using this word only for negative circumstances now days.
I think it's little bit difficult to beginners but 2 and 4 are being used quite often.
So, you would better keep in mind.
