audio doesn't work

Many times, today for example, I click on the audio and it doesn't work. Today, I can't get it to work at all- either at school or here. I'm still on the newbie lessons, though I tried the beginner lessons, too.

Is it just me or is there something wrong?

I'm downloading the latest news lesson right now, without problem, so it suggests to me that there's something wrong with your connection.

Are you having trouble accessing other sites?

Now I cannot listen to any audio files either.

Hi jintana, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems. Let's just check a couple of things.

1) Are you able to access other sites? I suspect the answer is "yes", since you're here posting, but just thought I'd check.

2) Are you getting any kind of error message? Is the site taking you to another page, or are you getting "404 not found" or something similar?

3) Are you logged into the site? You won't be able to download if you're not logged in.

Sorry if these are stupid questions, it's just that it will be much easier to find out what's going wrong if we get a little more info on the problems.
