Help with Audio translation please :)

My Korean friend recently sent me an email with a recorded message, and since my listening skills are still pretty poor in Korean, I was wondering if someone could help me with translating. The recording is about 3 minutes long, and all I would ask is that you write it out using Hangul, and not actually translate it into English. The thing I find funny is that she says she will speak slowly, and I still can't understand everything. I must be REALLY bad at Korean listening skills...
